LAFAYETTE, LA — Gauthiers’ Oilfield Rental, LLC is pleased to announce that effective December 1st, 2018, it changed its name to Modex, LLC. The name change follows the transaction between the companies in May 2015 where Gauthiers’ Oilfield Rental, LLC became part of Modex. Modex offers sale and rental of offshore containers, baskets, cabins, workshops and support equipment for the offshore industry.

All branding materials will be updated to reflect the change. Meanwhile, the existing Louisiana locations (in Lafayette, Houma and Port Fourchon) will continue under the same management while continuing to expand offerings and develop a broader range of products and services.

Euro Offshore changes name to Modex, effective September 1st. The change follows the merger of the two companies in April 2014. The name change is part of a group rebranding initiative to align the companies in the Modex group.
In the year and a half that has passed since the merging of the companies, the need for this change has become clear. We have been a group since 2014, and with the renaming of Euro Offshore to Modex this unity will be more evident
